Java Monkey Speaks by Nathan Deen

  • 2 pm: The Emory Miller-Ward Alumni House hosts the Annual Alumi Concert. Some of Emory's most talented musical alumni perform along with one of the finest current students from the Emory's Department of Music in this annual one-hour concert followed by a reception, 404.727.6400
  • 4 pm: Celebrate Mother's Day at the Carlos Museum's Tea with Mummy. Enjoy sweet and savory selections such as scones, tarts and finger sandwiches, British afternoon tea and karkady, the traditional Egyptian drink of welcome.   • 8 pm: Java Monkey hosts Java Monkey Speaks poetry open mic hosted by local hero Kodac Harrison, 404.378.
